proactive staffminimal communication
The staff at reception lacked proactivity. i found it necessary to request assistance multiple times for basic services. there was no proactive offer to handle luggage upon arrival. communication regarding hotel amenities was minimal thus i felt uninformed about available services. I expected more attentiveness.

poor air conditioningunclear minibar policy
I found the air conditioning lacking. It struggled to keep the room cool, even when set to the lowest temperature. this. also, the minibar policy was a bit unclear. i was surprised to see charges for items i didn't consume, it took some effort to get it resolved.

The bar service was slow. The staff seemed more interested in socializing. This made it difficult to order drinks in a timely manner. The lack of prompt service was DISAPPOINTING.
